At E go B, we want you to love your headwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return, email info@egobcap.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or style, subject to availability.

• Contact info@egobcap.com to arrange an exchange.


3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

• We’ll work quickly to replace or correct your order at no extra cost
